Baby's first soul-cleanse
In addition to Domingo's birthday, we all rejected the glamour of evil yesterday. Yes, it was Amalia's baptism! Now we are all (save Chris) officially Catholics, or as they say in Chicago, Cat-licks. Awesome. That means the next time we have to go to mass is Christmas. (Hey I didn't say we were good Catholics!)
Amalia looked positively holy in her little white christening gown. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures, since we were kind of in the middle of the action, but hopefully abuela or one of the tios will come through at some point. Here's one of the "after" shots. As you can see, she's contemplating the meaning of being "saved".
